We are better, together.

Who are we?

Established in 2013, Easy Job Bridge are here to bridge the gap between students’ education and the job market.

Based in the beautiful island of Malta, we strive to find the ideal internship opportunity based on students’ academic background and their desired career. We excel at match-making students with local companies, for valuable industry-specific experience to take forward into their future employment.

The start of our journey!

Easy Job Bridge noticed there was a huge demand to lessen the gap between the students’ educational academic achievements, and experience required within the workforce industry.

By connecting students attending the ‘Easy School of Languages’ improving their level of English together with the students participating in the internship programme; Easy Job Bridge gained popularity amongst various European Vocational Schools, Colleges and Universities.

We were able to offer pupils an opportunity to participate in an Erasmus Internship mobility and obtain work experience in administration, catering, nursing, retail or tourism sectors; later branching out into further areas accommodating internship mobilities within the industrial, hairdressing, gardening, carpentry, and mechanical opportunities.

An important milestone is reached as we welcomed our 1500th student to Malta to complete their work placement!

Easy Job Bridge also took on 7 different projects targeted at improving the lack of work opportunities around Europe. This aim was to strengthen overall work experience by connecting with and learning from diverse skilled people, achieving personal growth from an invaluable experience living abroad, and giving a chance to many individuals to discover a different culture.

A significant year for the rebranding of Easy Job Bridge.

We moved to our larger premises situated in Hamrun to better accommodate our ever-increasing number of participants.

Blooming post pandemic, we expanded the team further and introduced new opportunities to students.

Participants are now able to visit Malta on ‘Culture Study Visits’ to enhance their soft skills, independence, and learn more about the importance of the future workforce.

Our 10th Year Anniversary! Launching our brand new website to commemorate our decade of achievements within this educational platform.

Easy Job Bridge would like to take this opportunity to show gratitude towards our partners in Europe, the countless sending organizations & schools, educational staff members and numerous students from all over the world who make our duty to ‘bridge the gap’ between education & business industries a memorable one!
