Galeann
Galeann is the Co-Founder, together with Rita, and Operations Manager of Easy Job Bridge. An entrepreneur at heart, she is passionate about education in tourism, especially the opportunities Erasmus plus creates for students and adults alike. Having obtained a Masters in Entrepreneurship, Gale is passionate about leading a company that believes in its people and invests in its culture. At EJB, we believe in flexibility, integrity, respect and trust amongst colleagues and towards our partners. At EJB, she has built strong networks with European education institutions to implement various projects including KA1 mobilities and KA2 strategic partnerships.
Rita
Rita is the Co-Founder, together with Galeann, and Business Development Manager at Easy Job Bridge. Rita strongly believes in offering students from all over Europe the opportunity to expand their horizons and do an internship in another country. Originally from Lithuania but having settled in Malta, Rita has built strong partnerships with various educational institutions in Europe and together they ensure the smooth running of each and every mobility.
Ryan
Ryan has joined EJB after an extensive 20year career in Engineering and the pharmaceutical industry. Holding a Master’s degree in Lean Enterprise, he brings a fresh outlook on things, specifically from a technical and efficiency perspective. He is very passionate about networking and meeting new people and hence has made EJB his home and career choice.
